The hotel has a stunning infrastructure with beautiful views and spacious rooms, yet the overall experience is significantly diminished by poor management. While the accommodations provide a great ambiance for a vacation, the service and amenities are lacking, making it difficult to fully enjoy the stay. It’s a shame because when managed better, it could truly be a fantastic resort.
